The TM2430X is our most popular XTREME-grade mudflap. The 24″x30″ format covers the full range of standard semi-truck configurations while the premium rubber compound handles everything the road throws at it — gravel, debris, temperature swings from -20°F to 130°F — without cracking, deforming, or losing flexibility. American-made quality, built to last.

Fleet managers who switch to XTREME grade from standard or heavy duty consistently report fewer replacements per truck per year. Over a 200-truck fleet, that adds up fast — fewer purchase orders, less shop labor, and fewer DOT violations from degraded flaps. The TM2430X is the specification for fleets that treat mudflaps as a strategic maintenance item, not a consumable afterthought.
