Free Freight Shipping to Commercial Docks

All pallet orders ship free via LTL freight to a commercial loading dock in the 48 contiguous United States. Residential delivery and liftgate service are available for an additional fee — please contact us before placing your order if you need these services.

Freight Carrier

We ship via major LTL carriers including FedEx Freight, XPO, and Saia. Carrier selection is based on your delivery location and current capacity. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment is picked up.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Pallet orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Transit time from our Ohio distribution center is typically 2–5 business days depending on your location within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not currently served.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect all pallets before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged freight claims: 800-886-4926 or ken@ratchetstrap.com.
