The TM2430HD is the workhorse of our Heavy Duty line — the 24″x30″ size with 1/4″ thick rubber that linehaul fleets rely on for year-round durability across all road conditions. The extra thickness absorbs rock strikes and gravel impacts that would crack or deform a standard-grade flap, keeping your trucks compliant longer between replacements.
- Dimensions: 24″ wide x 30″ tall
- Thickness: 1/4″ rubber (Heavy Duty grade)
- Pallet Quantity: 75 pairs per pallet
- Compliance: Meets FMCSA 49 CFR Part 393.86 mudflap requirements
- ✓ Free Shipping to a Commercial Dock in the 48 Contiguous States
The 24″x30″ size hits the sweet spot for most over-the-road applications — long enough for full compliance coverage, short enough to clear the pavement at loaded ride height. Fleet maintenance managers who have switched from Chevron to Heavy Duty grade consistently report longer replacement intervals and fewer DOT inspection findings. Palletized at 75 pairs for easy warehouse stacking.
